CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT
A non-refundable retainer of 50% is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on or before the event date. Accepted payments: e-Transfer, Cash, Zelle.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: deposit is forfeited but no further charge. Cancellations within 14 days: 75% of total is due. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: 100% of total is due.

3. RESCHEDULING
One rescheduling is permitted with 14+ days notice, subject to availability. A $50 rescheduling fee applies for changes within 14 days.

4. TRAVEL
Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 20km radius. Aisha Rizvi Artistry will confirm any applicable travel fees upon booking confirmation.

5. TIMELINE & DELAYS
Client is responsible for ensuring all members of the party are ready on schedule. Delays caused by the client may result in a reduced service or additional charges.

6. ALLERGIES & SKIN CONDITIONS
Client must disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, or skin conditions prior to the appointment. Aisha Rizvi Artistry is not liable for reactions to products if this information was not disclosed.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY & PORTFOLIO
Aisha Rizvi Artistry reserves the right to photograph completed work for portfolio and promotional use. If you prefer privacy, please notify us in writing before the event.

8. AGREEMENT
By signing below, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this contract.
